I have set up a different folder to have my husband's emails come to when he is on deployment. How do I get it set up so that when those emails come in that they just don't go to the inbox, but go to that specific folder that I have set up or can it not be done?

That is normally done using filters. You will have to check help for specific instructions but basically you match words in the FROM, TO, SUBJECT, or BODY and on a match route to a specific folder.
