The message is no picture to view
I recently upgraded my computer to Windows xp I am having trouble downloading pictures from my email?

Reply:Presuming that you are using Outlook Express, are the attachments arriving but greyed out? If so, you are probably still on the default which blocks such files. Open OE and from the tools menu choose options. On the security tab, uncheck the second square which blocks attachments that could potentially be a virus. If you are nervous you can always switch this on again when you have saved your pictures to the hard drive. Hope this helps
