i have windows live on my computer and i am trying to get it to alert me when i get an email from a cellphone. they show up in my inbox (not as an IM) but i want my computer to make a sound when this happens so i dont have to check it periodically or on a "hunch" just to find out.
How do i make windows live alert me when i get a new email?
You have to set it up with a e-mail client like windows mail or Outlook. However with Live you have to upgrade your e-mail first.
Reply:The only e-mail provider I've found that makes a sound is Aol and that is only as you actually log on to Aol
