Well, now that I've spent hours and hours on the Microsoft site, having no success, here I am to find an answer to my dilemma! This IS the place with the ANSWERS and I will come here 'straight-away' from now on.
For the past few days my opened email disappears from my Inbox? Always before it would remain there until I deleted it manually and then I could find it, if I wanted it, in my deleted folder? Can someone tell me what to do to keep it in the Inbox? I like to revisit it, a time or two, before I decide what to do with it?
Another problem I'm seeing is I can no longer move email from one folder to another? Thank you so very much for your help. I'm at my wit's end?
Note: All this started after a problem (resolved) with sending and receiving email.
Microsoft Outlook Email - Windows XP?
Well, you need to specified what kind of mail server you are using (exchange server, pop3, etc)
if you using exchange server, the problem might also comes from your mailbox at the server, you need to contact the email server admin to verify this.
also check if you using some rules that may create conflicts

Last saturday I was on the Inet and observed there - recover lost pst password. It interested me. But I have downloaded it only today. And I was shocked reason of it resolved my trouble quite rapidly and easy. The program showed me how it could restore account passwords and show the settings in Microsoft Outlook.
