I never did verify it and now it won't even let me log on to the windows live messenger, it says to go check my inbox to verify my email, is there any way I can them to send me that email again?

check your spam folder. If it was only minutes ago be patients, sometimes a backlog can take hours.
Other wise just reinstall the program, it will resend it to you
