I am trying to set up windows email and need to input pop3 or smtp etc where do i get this info?

On alot of internet providers websites there is a link to a programme to run which will set all this in outlook for you all you need do then is to fill in usernames and passwords but pop3 and smtp are usually mail. followed by the name of your provider such as mail.btinternet.com

Your ISP should have a help page that will tell you the pop and smtp settings. Search the help pages for smtp or pop settings. It's usually something like smtp.ISP.com.
Reply:Your internet provider. That pop stuff is a nightmare.
Reply:either look up the paper work for your internet service provider (Bell or Rogers or whoever) or else give them a call and tell them you are trying to configure your email and you need the smtp and pop settings.
