In MS vista - how can i transfer email messages from standard Outlook, to Windows Mail?

I have been using Outlook as my email client and am now changing computer. Both run on Vista, but the new one does not have Outlook, only Windows Mail. How can i transfer the emails from Outlook on the old computer to windows mail on the new one?
